4x1 INVITATIONAL SWEEP MOVES RAMS TO 4-0

RICHMOND, Va. – Freshman Ana Bara picked up a pair of singles victories and Virginia Commonwealth University swept Campbell and Longwood by 5-0 margins Saturday at the VCU 4x1 Invitational at the Thalhimer Tennis Center.

The Rams won all four of its matches at the 4x1 Invitational and Ana Bara captured singles victories in three of them. She also earned a doubles win Friday.

VCU outscored its opponents 19-1 in four tournament matches.

The Black and Gold face off with 11th-ranked Clemson Sunday, Jan. 25 at 11 a.m. at the Thalhimer Tennis Center.
