WHILE WITH THE RAMS:
● Joined the VCU soccer program prior to the 2008 season following a standout career at Atlee High School, but missed the entire season after suffering a torn ACL during preseason workouts.

PRIOR TO VCU:
● Was a four-year letterman at Atlee where he helped the Raiders to four straight Capital District Tournament championships during his career.
● Excellent four years on and off the soccer field as he earned All-Academic honors every season.
● Leadership skills were on display during his junior and senior campaigns when he was named captain of the Raiders.
● Earned First Team All-District recognition during his sophomore, junior and senior seasons.
● Spent summers traveling with the Region 1 ODP squad.
● Was a member of the Virginia State Champion U17/U18 Richmond Kickers.

● Born January 14, 1990 in Fairfax, Va.
● Son of Larry and Christine Maimone
● Majoring in Psychology at VCU
● Father, Larry, played football at Towson University
● Oldest of four children; has one brother (Alex, 15) and two sisters (Lauren, 15 and Anna, 13)
